Authors: O.V.Covaliova, V.V.Covaliov, Gh.G.Duca, M.V.IvanovResearch Center of Applied and Ecological Chemistry of the State University of Moldova, Republic of Moldova.„A.Frumkin” Institute of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry
Abstract: . The possibility is studied of using the three-dimensional voluminous-porous electrodes made of the carbonic-fibrous materials and foamy metals, which surface is covered with Ni-Re alloy, for hydrogen electrochemical generation. Electrode surface modification makes it possible to obtain high reactive surface with low overvoltage of hydrogen evolution. The design is given of the developed compact electrochemical reactors for hydrogen power engineering. The method is described of oxygen-hydrogen mixture separation in the water electrolysis processes.
Keywords: water electrolysis, three-dimensional electrodes, expanded metals, overvoltage of hydrogen emission, electrochemical reactors.

Authors: Postolati V.M., Golub I.V., Bykova E.V., Shevchenko N.K., Suslov V.M., Gore N.S. Institute of Power Engineering of the ASM
Abstract: Models of development for the electroenergetic system of Moldova by building new high voltage lines 220,330,400 kV are elaborated. It is advisable to construct these lines for strengthening linkages with the energy systems of Moldova, Ukraine and Romania. There are performed calculations of modes of electric power systems of Ukraine, Moldova and Romania (partially) provided synchronized operation of them. The values of power flows along transmission lines in Ukraine and Romania are determined. There are stated main principles of organization of common operation of electric power systems of Moldova, Ukraine and Romania.
Keywords: electricity power system, high voltage transmission lines, simulation models, power flow, the means of regulation.

3 FINITE VOLUME METHOD FOR SOLVING THREE-DIMENSIONAL ELECTRIC FIELD DISTRIBUTION
Authors: Patsiuk V., Ribacova G., Berzan V., Institute of Power Engineering of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova
Abstract: The paper examines a new approach to finite volume method which is used to calculate the electric field spatially homogeneous three-dimensional environment. It is formulated the problem Dirihle with building of the computational grid on base of space partition, which is known as Delone triangulation with the use of Voronoi cells. It is proposed numerical algorithm for calculating the potential and electric field strength in the space formed by a cylinder placed in the air. It is developed algorithm and software which were for the case, when the potential on the inner surface of the cylinder has been assigned and on the outer surface and the bottom of cylinder it was assigned zero potential. There are presented results of calculations of distribution in the potential space and electric field strength.
Keywords: electric field, unhomogeneous medium, potential, numerical method.

4 THE PROBLEM OF REALIBYLITY OPTIMISATION IN ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS
Authors: F. Erhan, V.Popescu, Agrarian University of Moldova
Abstract: The problems of the optimization reliability in electrical networks of the different class of voltage have probabilistic nature, they discretely change and depend on the number of factors both definite and indefinite and have importance by selection of electric equipment, graph of development of electrical networks and voltage levels. The definition of the major factors, which have determining significance on their value and speed of their change allow to elaborate methods of their optimization and to elaborate effective methods of their growth limitation in electrical networks with the different class of voltage.
Keywords: optimization of reliability, unbalanced regimes, the functioning reliability of electrical equipments, electrical networks, electrical equipments.

Authors: Shchinnikov P.A., Dvortsevoi А. I., Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU)
Abstract: It is presented analysis of the influence of parameters of state of the process of control on the increase of the fuel consumption of heat power generating units. There are presented results of calculations of the increase of the fuel consumption at the deviation of the working steam temperature and pressure from rated values. Result of calculus is compared with the experiment.
Keywords: heating power generating unit, control, fuel consumption.

6 AUTOMATED ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS OF INFRARED HEATING
Authors: Ahramovich A.P.,Dmitriev G.M., Kolos V.P., Institute of Energetics of the National Academy of Belarus
Abstract: It is presented automatic system of radiant securing of technological conditions. It was developed in the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and is the most suitable for direct using for electrical heating. This system allows decreasing the quantity of fuel-energy resources for heating, decreasing air motion, providing correct temperature conditions and intensifies technological processes.

Authors: Berzan V.P., Sit M. L. (IE AŞM), Kolpacovich Iu.,I., Kojokaru D.I., Kleimenov V.G., "ELIRI" S.A. Republic of Moldova
Abstract: The paper discusses the design parameters and characteristics of the new product, the resistive voltage divider produced from microwire for measuring high-voltage alternating current. Resistive dividers are designed for use in AC circuits and power-frequency electric traction network traffic. Dividers have smaller mass-dimensional size compared with the measuring voltage transformers and higher accuracy class 0.2 at a fixed frequency.
