2 OPTIMIZATION OF PAYMENTS ON ELECTRICITY MARKET

  Abstract: In this paper the dynamic analysis of the processes, which take place on electricity market during the transition period is shown. The system of equations, which describes electricity market between adjacent regions and allows forecasting electricity consumption volumes and electricity prices in these regions for given time interval, is examined. A model on electricity consumption and prices dynamics is described. Criterion of maximization of total revenue of the companies producing electricity in examined regions is considered.

  Abstract: The situation in a power complex of Republic Moldova at a stage of privatization and occurrence of set of patterns of ownership is analyzed. Occurrences of small business as the partner of the enterprises will promote increase of efficiency of functioning of a power complex, improvement of controllability of this making national economy, and also more to an effective utilization of primary power resources.

4 AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM OF THE DRUM BOILER SUPERHEATED STEAM TEMPERATURE.

  Abstract: The control system of the temperature of the superheated steam of the drum boiler is examined. Main features of the system are the PI-controller in the external control loop and introduction of the functional component of the error signal of the external control loop with the negative feedback of the error signal between the prescribed value of steam flowrate and the signal of the steam flowrate in the exit of the boiler in the internal control loop.

5 THE APPROACHES TO FORMATION OF SYSTEM OF ECOLOGICAL INDICATORS AS THE PART OF THE SYSTEM OF INDICATORS OF POWER SECURITY

  Abstract: The statement of the task of necessity of more detailed study of questions of ecological security for RМ is executed as the part of energy security in light of consideration of a question of association of the markets of the electric power «East - West" in the article. The system of indicators of ecological security is generated. It includes indicators accepted as uniform for all countries Eurelectric EU-CIS, and also additional indicators, and has interrelations with system of indicators used for the analysis of energy security RМ. The structure of the possible analysis of ecological security is given, the initial data are prepared and the accounts for the part of ecological indicators are carried out.

6 THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF ECOLOGICAL INDICATORS

  Abstract: The comparative analysis of ecological indicators designed and specified for Moldova and similar indicators of the countries of CIS is made in the work. Some general items of information about power systems of the countries of CIS (the established capacities, manufacture of the electric power) are given, the analysis of dynamics of emissions GHG- СО2, NOx, SO2 in Moldova and comparison with the emissions level in other countries of CIS is made.

8 EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT OF THE PHASE-SHIFTER FOR ITS WORK IN A SYMMETRIC MODE.

  Abstract: In article equivalent circuits for a symmetric mode of the major elements of a controlled electricity transmission - phase-shifters are developed and proved. In view of an opportunity of use of these equivalent circuits at calculation of symmetric modes on the basis of the standard software, for example a program complex RASTR they are offered in variant without use of mutual-inductance elements. The analytical material by definition of elements of the developed equivalent circuits is resulted.

9 POSSIBILITY OF THE ENERGY SAVING SNAP OF SOME ORGANIC MATERIALS

  Abstract: The volt - amperes characteristic of various water solutions of etil spirit and multicomponent organic substances of juices and wines were investigated. Three characteristic zones are revealed. A zone of low voltage (0-3.5)V and small currents fading in time. The zone of linear dependence of a current on the application voltage (4-14)V and a zone of nonlinear dependence of electrical conductivity at voltage more then 15 V for the given design of a measuring cell. The linear parts of characteristics can be used to develop the techniques for express train analysis of the volumetric contents of etil spirit in a solution at low expenses of energy. It is established that the short-term influence of an electric field does not result in seen changes of initial parameters of a product.

10 ABOUT PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROCESSES AT ELECTROLYTIC DECOMPOZITION OF THE WATER

  Abstract: Physical processes are investigated at electrolyze waters from the power point of view at small density of a current.Reception of hydrogen is possible not only at the well-known charge of the electric power exceeding energy which can be received at burning this hydrogen (about 12 MJ/m3), but under some conditions and at the smaller charge of the electric power. The minimal density of a current (10 А/m2) is determined at which restoration of ions of gases occurs in the energy-economic way, and also value of density of a current (107А/m2) at which in a solution of electrolyte begin plasma discharges.It is experimentally shown, that if the condition of maintenance of the minimal density of a current is carried out only on one electrode also liberation of gas occurs on it as short-term transient. The kind of this gas (hydrogen or oxygen) is determined by polarity of a supplay of electrolitical cell. Values of a voltage at which gas on electrodes is not recepted are experimentally determined, is receipt on one electrode and gas starts will be receipt on both electrodes of a cell.Processes which existence it is possible to explain only passage electrons through electrolyte are revealed also.

11 BALANCE OF ENERGY AND COMPONENTS OF VOLTAGE DURING THE ELECTROTECHNICAL MODIFICATION OF PHYSICOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF WATER

  Abstract: The paper is dealing with results of theoretical and experimental investigations related to the balance of energy and voltage distribution in units for electrochemical units for water treatment. The electrical energy conversion mechanism in electrochemical units equipped with ionic selective membrane is analyzed. The obtained results could be used for design of electrochemical units for the water conditioning for diverse technological processes in agriculture and biotechnology.

  Abstract: This paper presents results of investigation of dual inverter-fed open-end winding induction motor electric drive systems, controlled in accordance with the algorithms of novel methodology of synchronized vector modulation. Simulations give the behavior of the proposed techniques of synchronized modulation.

Depending of loads or signal sources connection in selected points of mathematical model its very important toknow as to make the equations in this point that it was possible to determine all unknown variables in this point. The number ofequations which describe this point must to coincide with number of unknown variables, and matrix which describes factors atunknown variables should be square and have dimension equal to number of unknown variables. This article shows procedureand the order of programming of this mathematical model.
