V.M. Postolati

Has completed in 1961 Institute of electrification of an agriculture and has received a speciality of the engineer - electrician. He received his Ph. D. degrees in the Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 1968 and D.Sc. in the Institute of Electrodynamics of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences in 1988. In 1994 he was elected Corresponding - Member of the Academy of Sciences of Republic of Moldova. In period with 1981 for 1994 there was by the director of the Institute of Power Engineering of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Moldova. In present time he is the head of the Controlled Transmission Lines Laboratory.
