"PROBLEMS OF THE REGIONAL ENERGETICS"

CONTENTS

1 DEVELOPMENT OF BIOENERGY IN MOLDOVA
Authors: I. TIMOFTE, Natalia TIMOFTE, V.BREGA,
Abstract: This treatise summarizes practices of the Republic of Moldova in the area of bioenergy development and usage of biomass for energy engineering purposes. Information is provided on the developments in the bioenergy area, on organization and results of the development of new technologies as well as on the projects already implemented.
Keywords: Republic of Moldova, bioenergy, biomass, renewable energy sources, technologies, projects.

2 Zonal Tariff Impact in the National Energy System
Authors: I. Comendant
Abstract: The economical impacts are determined for distribution companies and concrete consumer when zone tariffs are applied in the power market of the R. of Moldova. The measures are identified to increase the stimulation of smoothing the consumer’s load curve.
Keywords: zonal tariffs, the economical impact, tariff at consumers, smoothing the load curve.

3 Transmission of Electric Energy Along Long Lines
Authors: Berzan V.P., Rimskii V.K., Patsjuk V.I., Uzun M.N.
Abstract: Transmission of electric energy along long lines is examined and characteristics of the change of capacities at the beginning and at the end of a line are submitted: factor of capacity, efficiency of a transmission line, currents depending on length, parameters of a line and parameters of loading. Influence of losses upon the dynamics of instant values of voltages and currents in the opened and short-circuited long lines is investigated and effects of nonlinearity in such chains are revealed at a power supply from a sinusoidal source of voltage. It is shown, that the method of complex amplitudes is not always applicable for the calculation of modes in long lines.
Keywords: transmission line, power, transmitted capacity, current, efficiency, factor of capacity.

4 APPLICATION OF COGENERATION IN REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA
Authors: Maximuk Е.P.
Abstract: Efficiency of gas engine cogeneration is investigated for the regional conditions of Moldova. The influence of different factors on the payback period is analyzed and discussed in detail. It is shown, that gas engine cogeneration is very profitable for Moldova and can be recommended as the main technology for development of the Moldavian energy system. It is concluded, that construction of gas engine cogeneration plants with power in the range from 3 to 10 MW in many Moldavian towns and modernization of the Central Heating and Power Plants in Kishinev and Balti will lead to the creation of the perfect energy system for Moldova. As a result, security of energy supply in Moldova will be increased; transportation and distribution losses will be reduced. In addition, it allows putting down the heat energy tariff, improving the standard of living of Moldavian people and competitive ability of Moldavian wares. Later the gas engine cogeneration plants can be transformed in the modern three-generation plants, and supplemented by the best high efficient renewable fuels technologies.
Keywords: gas engine, cogeneration, payback period.

5 ANALYSIS OF POSSIBILITIES OF EVAPORATIVE COOLING IN AUTONOMOUS AND COMBINED SYSTEMS
Authors: A.V. Doroshenko, M.A. Glauberman
Abstract: It is described possibility of the use of the evaporative cooling as in autonomous version of execution, so in combined systems, for example, as the component of desiccant–evaporative coolers, where preliminary dehumidification of the air assures high efficiency of subsequent evaporative cooling and the depth of the cooling.
  Keywords: evaporative cooling, coolers.

6 MODELING OF THE HEAT PUMP STATION ADJUSTABLE LOOP OF AN INTERMEDIATE HEAT-TRANSFER AGENT (Part I)
Authors: Sit B.M.
Abstract: There are examined equations of dynamics and statics of an adjustable intermediate loop of heat pump carbon dioxide station in this paper. Heat pump station is a part of the combined heat supply system. Control of transferred thermal capacity from the source of low potential heat source is realized by means of changing the speed of circulation of a liquid in the loop and changing the area of a heat-transmitting surface, both in the evaporator, and in the intermediate heat exchanger depending on the operating parameter, for example, external air temperature and wind speed.
Keywords: heat pump station, automatic control, intermediate loop.

7 Perspectives of implementation of solar water heaters of sanitary-household purpose in Republic of Moldova
Authors: Ermuratski V.V., V. M. Postolaty, Koptiuc E.
Abstract: Technical and economical indicators of solar heaters of water for different levels of their cost and productivity are presented in this article. Borders of the possible combinations of these values at which the consumer can make the decision for using of solar heaters of water are shown.
Keywords: solar water heaters, tehnico-economical indicators.

8 DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE HEATING SYSTEM OF THE MULTI-STORIED HOUSE
Authors: Postolatii V.M., Suslov V.M., Grodetskiy M.V.
Abstract: The mathematical model of a heating system of the multi-storied house is developed, allowing solving a problem of distribution between apartments of heat of the centralized heat supply. It is taken into account own independently developed heat, which is determinate by means of individual counters of gas and the electric power. Basic feature of model is the opportunity of the account of mutual heat exchange between apartments.
Keywords: central heating, multi-storey house, heating system, mathematical model, apartments, distribution of heat.

9 STAGES OF POWER AUDIT IMPLEMENTATION OF HOUSINGS AND COMMUNAL SERVICES AND ENERGY-CONSUMING OBJECTS
Authors: Bodrug N.S., Khramtsova N.N.
Abstract: Questions of energetic audit realization of housing and communal services and small enterprises are examined in the paper. Particular details of each stage of energetic audit implementation are discussed. The methodology of power audit on an example of a small enterprise is shown. Priorities at formation power consuming objects audit stages are proved. Results and recommendations about energy-saving and resource-saving actions based on performed audit are shown as well.
Keywords: power inspection, monitoring, energy-conserving, resources-economy.
